What is Livewire Poker All About?
The aim of Livewire Poker is simple - to provide you with a resource for live poker games throughout the UK. The content is created by you guys (thanks!) which means the site will constantly be growing and will evolve into a truly indispensible resource. It is run by three guys all passionate about the web and about poker, read more about us below. If you're lucky - you might catch us at the tables!
Meet the team:
Tom
The brains behind the operation (otherwise known as 'this was my idea!'). Tom is the most fanatical about poker, playing regularly in games across the north of England.
Favourite game: NL Holdem - Cash. Anywhere from £1/£1 to £5/£10
Favourite hand: T9o - because I won the biggest pot of my life with it.
Duncan
The skills behind the operation (otherwise known as 'the guy who built it!') Duncan brings the web design and hard coding skills to the table, making the site look pretty and making sure it doesn't fall over all the time.
Favourite game: Hockey (ok, one of us had to not play poker right?!)
Favourite hand: His right hand
Will
The other half of the brains behind the operation (otherwise known as 'the guy who keeps Duncan and Tom in check!'). Will brings the know-how and online experience to the table.
Favourite game: NL Holdem - cash. Low stakes
Favourite hand: AKs (Big Slick) - just beautiful cards.
